Nige & I are missing all the Cheltenham Race week fun at The Rose & Crown this year. It really was one of our most favourite weeks of the year.

Racing on the big screen, breakfasts & live music every night. Exhausting but such fun.

Ao Lang Landmark Night Market you did not disappoint. Vibrant colours & flavours. Highly recommend

Quite possibly one of the best Night Markets I’ve ever been to.

Sunday Lunch @ The Black Bear with Tasty Thai

Think this is what you call a Busman’s Holiday. I’ve come to give my friend Tick from Tasty Thai a hand with Sunday Lunch.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a big pot of gravy.

Roasts served between 12 and 6 today. No bookings required, just turn up.

On the menu we have Rare Sirloin of Beef, Slow Cooked Lamb with Boulangere Potatoes & Crispy Roast Pork with Stuffing Balls.

Come early for roasts as when it’s gone…. It’s gone.

Our lovely friend Ginny Boom designed this bunting for the Kings Coronation.

I have no further use for it but I thought I know a man that might!
