The Drunken Duck is proud to be taking part in the Gloucester Rhythm & Blues Festival from 24th July – 2nd August, and we’re looking for talented Rhythm & Blues performers to join us across the festival weekends.

We’re currently booking for the following slots:

📅 Friday 24th July – Evening
📅 Saturday 25th July – Afternoon & Evening
📅 Sunday 26th July – Afternoon

📅 Friday 31st July – Evening
📅 Saturday 1st August – Afternoon & Evening
📅 Sunday 2nd August – Afternoon

🚨 Annual Duckling Migration Complete 🚨

For the SECOND year in a row, our very own Rowan bravely ignored all common sense and launched himself down Cooper’s Hill in the legendary cheese rolling race 🧀🏃💨

We’re proud to confirm:
✅ He survived
✅ The cheese escaped
✅ His dignity is still missing somewhere in Gloucester

Massive thanks to Ollie for holding down the bar so the whole Drunken Duck crew could go and cheer on our fearless human bowling ball 🍻

If you saw a flock of shouting pub staff watching a man cartwheel after dairy… yep, that was us.

Give Rowan a cheer next time you see him — preferably while he can still walk. 🦆
