Groaning Floorboards

The tongue & groove flooring had been taken up before but has become noisy to walk on

We released a few and fastened them down so they don't move

All quiet now

Gutters Check and Empty

We checked the gutters and all needed emptying.

Then we removed the moss from the tiled roof, sealed the crack leaking into the room below and cleaned the three Velux windows from above.

It didn't stop raining.

Emergency Call-out Completed

OK folks, back to work and keeping yourself busy

Mortar stuck in the downpipe bend stopped the water leaving the full gutter with all the rain today.

The rainwater was pouring over down the front of two homes

Then, have your leaks fixed before damp or rot starts
Check your drains too, the rainwater should be flowing down the drain, not backing up and over-flowing

This was one of two and we fitted both

We did seven jobs for our customers here this afternoon

Plenty refreshments kept us going

Gate Cabin Hook

The gate would flap and bang in the wind

We supplied and fitted the hook.

Our lady customer had been wanting one for a long time

Coffee, biscuits and chocolate biscuits followed, helping us through the next six jobs there

Everyone with a gate should have one !
