Can I just say a huge thank you to everyone for all their messages of support to the staff/ entertainment staff at the Empire Bar . We have been overwhelmed and inundated with messages both on here and in our personal pages. It's the end of an era for so many people and the customers will be missed lots .
Hopefully in the future someone who wants to invest money and take the time to spend some time in the pub ,will take it over once the work needed doing is done on it, and the regulars will have a better pub to spend their time and money in . For some of us it was our 1st bar job and for others they had been there much longer . Lots of mixed emotions but we all need to move on to a new chapter . I'll be closing this page down at some point soon and before that I'll post a wee collage of the pics taken since working there .
We wish you all the best and I'm sure we will see you around at some point in the future xx

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Empire Bar is now closed with immediate affect . The owner came in this morning and closed the doors. No notice or prior warning was given to any of the staff or entertainment team . Apologies to the customers who will arrive to a closed door but it's out with the staffs hands .

What an amazing night we had tonight . Ashley McCullagh and Kris Blak had the place absolutely rocking. Not a seat to be had and place was bursting at the seams. Great crowd of our regulars and lovely to see lots of new faces. It's without a doubt the ONLY place to be on a Sunday night
