Crafting up negroni cocktails… one of my all time favourite drinks, comprised of just 3 ingredients and a recipe that has stood the test of time. I wanna know tho, what really makes a perfect negroni cocktail for you? Is it the choice of booze, one of the many twists, the glass choice, the ice, the garnish, or an accompanying side? I’m sure there’s a million answers to this one, so let me know the key components that go into whipping up your perfect serve in the comments! 🥃🫶

30 quid down and some paint under the fingernails and this is the result?!? 😂 Definitely going to mess around with some more styles but I’m super happy with the outcome of the photography board, and it saved me a fortune. 🤑 Looks like I’m in the heart of the Mediterranean, but in reality it’s freezing cold, I’m wearing pyjamas and I’m in Scotland, who woulda known. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Anyway, here’s a banging negroni riff to kickstart yo weekend. - Apple and Ginger Old Fashioned.
By request, we have Westmount’s rendition of the Old Fashioned. This cocktail includes fresh Apple slices and root ginger to give it a seasonal spice, and a touch of fresh vanilla extract for a bit of sweetness! Definitely didn’t expect this to work as well as it did and it’s currently chilling in the fridge for this evening’s nightcap. 🍸
• 2oz bourbon whiskey
• 1 barspoon of vanilla extract
• 3 apple slices
• grated root ginger
• 2 dashes of bitters
Muddle Apple slices with vanilla and ginger. Add bourbon whiskey and stir for 10-15 seconds. Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with an apple slice.

• 1/2oz lime juice
• 3/4oz sugar syrup
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary
