A huge congratulations to the teams behind Citizen, Anchor Line, Atlantic & Zhima 🍸

Our venues came together at the Inverarity Morton’s Evolution Bar Show, where each team was challenged to create a cocktail using products from Base Spirits and showcase how they approach creating drinks for their menus.

From seasonality and profitability to identity, they had to bring together everything that makes their bar programmes unique, and they absolutely delivered.

Four venues, four drinks, and a whole lot of talent behind the bar. Safe to say, their cocktails went down a treat with the guests!
