Formerly Kelvinside Parish Church, Òran Mór, Gaelic for ‘great melody of life’ or ‘big song’, is a thriving arts & entertainment venue in the heart of Glasgow’s West End. We offer a Victorian Bar and Whisky Bar, John Muir Room Restaurant and Brasserie Restaurant, Private Dining Room, Live Music venue, Night Club, and our stunning Auditorium with mural ceiling by Alasdair Gray. As well as hosting t

he now internationally recognised ‘A Play, A Pie and A Pint’ lunchtime theatre programme, Òran Mór also provides the perfect setting for Weddings, Private and Corporate Events. The Brasserie Restaurant uses Scottish produce wherever possible, freshly prepared by an in-house team of chefs. Bar meals are also served in the Whisky and Victorian Bars, incorporating the John Muir Room restaurant.

We will be hosting the Glasgow show as part of the world tour! A very warm welcome back to Glasgow.

YR favourites Quitter will be playing full band also which we are v excited for!!!

We will also hold a RAFFLE to raise money for Help Musicians

This month we are taking a month off our usual programming bringing you 3 full bands, fully electric at Oran Mor! Tickets this month will be £10 in advance or £12 OTD

Sing a Song: A Tribute to The Carpenters celebrates all the hits of Karen and Richard Carpenter, including We’ve Only Just Begun, (They Long To Be) Close To You, and Top Of The World.

Kerry Burley’s silky, sound-a-like vocals perfectly recreate the unique sound of the Carpenters’ live shows, taking audiences back with the ‘songs they loved so well’ – and with their vintage 70s costumes and stories behind the music – it really is Yesterday Once More!
