With years of experience slinging delicious drinks all over Glasgow, Ryan caught the eye of his fellow bartenders for his creativity, taste and style.

Specialising in Latin American spirits such as Pisco, Tequila and Mezcal, Ryan is notorious for shaking up a mean margarita, and when he’s on the other side of the bar you’ll always catch him with his signature Pisco sour or Rascals own “Legacy” old fashioned
