Some tips ahead of tonight's masterclass 👇🍸🥃🍹

A few things to everyone planning to take part in tonight's cocktail masterclass stream 🍸🥃🍹

- Things will be kicking off for 8pm sharp- if you've not had a chance to get the ingredients in or think you don't have the right equipment/glasses etc., don't let this put you off. I've put an equipment list below with more commonly found household substitues and we've got plent cocktail ideas to make sure everyone can get involved (as long as there's ice; if you didn't get a chance to buy bags if you out trays on ASAP you should still be able to get involved ❄).

Equipment List

- Cocktail Shaker (Can be subbed for protein shaker/any sealable cup with a wide top)

- Jigger (Egg cup)

- Tea Strainer (Any mesh strainer)

- Cocktail/Wine/Whisky Glass

- Pyrex Jug

- Spoon

- Spare empty glass bottle

We've got Pornstars, Frenchies, Espresso Martinis and Brambles on the menu with a potential old fashioned tutorial at the end for the die hards 🥃

However we'll also be looking to crown someone our "Queen of Quarantine" each night which is an award for innovation (Technique, Ingredients, Presentation) so please do send in your pictures, boomerangs and videos of your efforts!

Cocktail Masterclass Stream 🍹🍸🍹

Friday 8:00pm- 9:00pm
Saturday 8:00pm- 9:00pm

Obviously we can't be with all of our normal bookings at this time but that doesn't mean we don't have an itch to be mixing drinks and we'd like to invite you all along to join us!

I've put a list below of all the ingredients that will be required for you to pick up on your next essential venture to the supermarket ;)

All ingredients available from TESCO & Sainsbury's (asterix next to those unavailable at Asda)

Ingredients

- Concentrated Lemon Juice (usually in/near the baking aisle). Don't get cordial!

- Caster Sugar

- Vanilla/Vanilla Essense

- Creme De Cassis/Chambord

- Passionfruit Coulis * (fresh Passionfruit or Passionfruit juice can be subbed)

- Pineapple Juice

- Vodka

- Gin

- Ice

We'll be mixing 3 suggested cocktails but will also be taking requests on stream based on what people send into us 😜

Idea is just to cut loose from the current situation, have a bit of fun and if a few home bartenders are made in the process I'll go to sleep a happier man.
