For the ~50(?) year old man who was refused service this evening and then refused to leave, called all the staff c*nts (and the company director who had to come to deal with you, there’s perhaps at least some credence in that claim)
You then cited your own experience “as a manager” and demanded that we “had to provide a customer complaint form by law” - please see attached to complete and return at your leisure.
Thanks also for returning alone 90 minutes later (your wife had presumably and understandably grown exasperated with your infantile behaviour by this point and gone home) to TP the outside of the pub 🤷♂️😂
Please don’t come back and rest assured that our official response to your complaint is “Get f**ked”.
