Super sharp building work on site on our project in Bearsden.
Linear splays cut on the underbuild, specialist cills installed, and mullions perfectly fitted.
The bespoke new sash and case windows are installed, and the build is now ready for the external render to start next week.

Just hope the sun stays out for us…

A closer look inside our Newlands project.

The new contemporary extension opens up into a generous, light-filled kitchen and living space — designed to feel effortless and connected. Large sliding doors draw the garden in, softening the boundary between inside and out.
Adjoining the kitchen, a warm and inviting dining room creates a more intimate setting, while a cleverly concealed office sits quietly off the lounge — hidden when not in use, but always there when needed.

A stunning new project is underway in Bearsden, building on the traditional character of this detached bungalow while carefully introducing new contemporary elements.
Great progress on site already — the new roof structure is in place, foundations and underbuild complete, and the timber kit installed. The form of the extension is now beginning to take shape and you can really start to see how the spaces will connect.
Still early days, but a strong start and plenty more to come as this one develops.

A calm, confident addition to the home.
Striking black timber cladding, crisp black-framed glazing and a continuous deck that extends the living space outward. The detailing is deliberate — clean junctions, refined proportions and materials chosen to age beautifully.

Inside, warm oak flooring and soft lighting balance the darker exterior, creating a space that feels connected, generous and considered. When the sliding doors open, the boundary between house and garden disappears.

This is just a glimpse. We’ll be sharing the full project soon — more images, more detail, and the thinking behind it.

Newlands Project Update
We’re nearly at the finish line!

Our Newlands project is approaching completion, and we’re proud to say the team hit the Christmas deadline — meaning our clients got to enjoy their very first Christmas in their beautiful new extension.
Doors from are fully installed. The black timber cladding from has now arrived on site, and installation begins this week. Inside, our decorators are putting the final touches in place, while our electrician wraps up the last details.
We can’t wait to share the finished images with you — watch this space.

We’ve been super busy over the last month or so working hard to meet the impending Christmas deadline.
Our team have worked tirelessly over weekends and late evenings to ensure our clients can host Christmas in their newly completed contemporary extension and dining room.

The spaces are really coming together now with the kitchen almost completed, doors and windows installed, utility fitted out and shower room completed.
Just the all important finishing touches now, including flooring, decoration, lighting and radiators to install.

Long days, lots of moving parts, and a serious focus on getting the details right. Our super skilled team have been excellent and our clients have been great and full of praise too.
