Thank you to all of my phenomenal customers this year, Niall for continuing to allow me to work alongside him, the amazing vendors I’ve met at the countless markets and most importantly my supportive friends who have contributed their love…but most importantly their time whenever I’m short-handed. Tiki, but toasty? Here to shout out about the Pie Tai on my Rum menu, a twist on a mai tai with coconut rum but using pistachio syrup and apple juice to make the tropical classic feel a bit more at home in the chillier months.

We’re very nearly almost at December so I figured it was time to post about cut offs and pre orders! If you miss cut off days I MAY still have stock available but please preorder as it helps me keep track of everything that needs purchasing and my suppliers close down in mid December.

Shining the spotlight today on my autumnal fizz made with rosemary syrup, plum liqueur and ‘s calamansi citrus gin to give it a hint of brightness. Drink up!
