And that’s that. 😢
It’s been an absolute blast! We came to make some banging brunch, sexy sandwiches and great coffee!
New friendships were forged and we had a proper laugh along the way.
But all good things and aw that!
Just wanted to say thank you first of all to the amazing people that made up the team at Sinclairs, past and present. It’s difficult to sum up and express how fantastic you all are, but the good thing is we don’t need to, as the punters already know! You are all the heart of this wee cafe. 💚
Also thank you to Nicole and Andy, who started this venture and really put everything they could into it. Amazing, caring people to work for and we will be hard pressed to come across better gaffers.
