1. ITS ROAST SEASON! Cosy season is upon us which just screams Dog House Sunday roast, get booked

2. QUIZ NIGHT! Has come around quickly and our lovely host Matt is back from his holiday

3. Our fav pizza lads _rockyspizza will be back in on Tuesday for quiz night

We are back open today with our new, slightly reduced, menu! Come and see us, I reckon our burger will be the best in the South West

Please bear with us whilst we continue to develop our new menu, we are busy behind the scenes hiring a brand spanking new team so our Pas can focus on the southwesterntisbury open, more dishes will be added in the coming weeks

A little update from The Dog House

After two and a half years of fire cooking at The Dog House, we’ve decided it’s time for an exciting new chapter.

It’s been quite a journey, and we’re now moving towards a more focused, elevated pub menu that reflects who we are at heart: a proper locals’ pub.

The Dog House is about our community, our regulars, the people who live nearby, the pints, the catch ups and having somewhere that feels like yours. We want our food to reflect that too. Quality, generous and approachable pub food, done properly and made for the place we’ve built.

Our values around food, quality and provenance aren’t changing. We’ll always care about where our ingredients come from and what we put on your plate, just in a way that feels right for The Dog House.

Next week we’ll have altered opening times while we carry out our kitchen refurb and give our team a well earned break.

Wednesday & Thursday: Closed
Friday: Open from 5pm for drinks & bar snacks
Saturday: 12pm to 10pm for drinks & bar snacks
Sunday: 12pm to 6pm for drinks & bar snacks

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be introducing the new menu, so expect a slightly reduced offering while we get everything up and running.

We’re really excited about what’s ahead and, as always, incredibly grateful for your support.

WHATS ON AT THE DOG HOUSE!

Summer Sessions was such a vibe, so we’re seeing off the summer with another Bank Holiday edition. Good music, good drinks and good company.

Next week it’s our monthly quiz, with a very special guest quizmaster making his debut. David Guild aka Dad is stepping up, armed with a lifetime of random facts. Some useful, some completely pointless, but finally there’s a reason for all of them.

_rockyspizza will be keeping you fed while Dad gets some valuable practice being the centre of attention ahead of his Father of the Bride speech.

And every Thursday is still Thursday Thirsty, because the weather is apparently committed to spritz season.
