AN UPDATE ON THE RENEWAL PROCESS.

Just a quick update on renewals this year 😊
The process is taking a little longer than usual as we need to carefully check everyone’s details, take photos, and process payments.

To help avoid long queues, we’re handing out raffle tickets at the start of each session. That way, you’re free to relax, enjoy a meal when the kitchen is open, or grab a drink from the bar (which is always open 😆).

We are trying to get through as many people as possible but Unfortunately, this does mean sometimes we’ve had to turn away a few people who arrived towards the end of a session, as we wouldn’t have enough time to get through everyone properly.

We really appreciate your patience while we work through this year’s renewals. Once everyone has their white card (some still need to change theirs), the process will be much quicker and simpler next year. It’s a bit of extra work now, but it’ll be worth it!
