The temperature peaked at 45 yesterday in there and that was with no equipment on at all. It’s meant to be the same today. The welfare of our staff is paramount and they mean more to us than selling a few meals.

Due to the extreme heat in our kitchen today we have chosen to close the kitchen to keep our staff safe. πŸ₯΅ The front of the pub gets the sun alll day it makes it unbearable. Especially with the fryers/oven and grill on!
