For us at Samphire, Regatta is about more than just a busy week in Fowey. It’s the buzz around the harbour, familiar faces coming back year after year, boats filling the river, and the whole town coming to life.

It’s long lunches, good food, a few drinks, plenty of stories and that unmistakable Fowey atmosphere.

At Samphire, we’re passionate about serving the very best of Cornwall, and that starts with the people behind our produce.

We’re proud to work with Matthew Stevens, one of Cornwall’s most trusted local fish suppliers, bringing us the freshest seafood straight from the Cornish coast. Their commitment to quality helps us serve the very best to our guests every day.

And of course, there’s our smiley fish man, who always brightens up our day with a big grin and a friendly chat when he drops off our deliveries! 😊
