A fantastic night from for night one of our . Thank you so much guys.

Tomorrow night the 2beats will be here giving us and fantastic night and it will be great and we hope you will all join us.

Our kitchen is looking very busy but our BBQ will be lit from 6pm offering James Kittow Butcher & Grazier Brilliant Burgers, cajun chicken pittas, veggie kebabs, and hotdogs

Here we go folks, the beer festival is open and the pints and flights are already starting to flow. The BBQ is warming up and are en route.

Selling well already is Riff IPA. A lip-smackingly refreshing beer from Devon.

Also Bonville Pale Ale which is a delightful pale ale with gentle bitterness.

In the Ciders we have Dandy Dab a beautiful cider made totally from Dabinett apples.

If your still standing on Monday, we have the perfect finish to the Bank Holiday weekend when will be here from 3pm with his classic chilled out vibes pergect for beers, ciders and Gin in the sun.

We are getting the beers settled for the this weekend, and whilst we take a breather we thought its the perfect time to update the beer lost so here we go.

First are two from one of our favourite Devon Breweries in Plymouth

We have First Light, a seriously strong summer ale that is almost orange in colour and with notes of toffee and orange sherbert

Then we have Whistle Belly Venegence - this dark Ruby Ale is packed with Malty Character and finishes with a liquorice note

Ciders we have another Purbeck Cider company with Pirate - a bittersweet medium cider named after a sheep who lost an eye to somr crows

And - Wildberries - Bursting with Hedgerow flavours.

For entertainment, on Sunday afternoon (about 3pmish) we have the fantastic singing a host of shanties snd cornish songs.

Thats another load of great reaaons to visit us at Tge Fisherman's Arms this bank Holiday weekend.

The next bit of information for you. And today wevare looking at the furthers and closest beer on the list.

The furthest is Orkney Brewery - Man 'O' Hoy - a 4.2% Golden Ale packed with the scent of summer fruits, hints of citrusbsbd a bitter sweet finish.

The closest is which is just 6 miles from the pub with Restormal Gold a rich Golden IPA with justva hint of Oranges.

The Cider company we wanted to really show off this year is Purbeck Cider so we habe 3 from them and we are starting with the Strongest with Muddy Scamp - a medium dry cider that will tease you like a spaniel with a ball.

For Entertainment, on Friday noght the fantastic playing a mix of classics from the 60's, 70's and 80's

So thats even more reason to hit the festival this year. Dont miss out.

We are getting ready for our May Bank Holiday this weekend. We habe some fantastic Beers, Ciders, and Gins, BBQs, Buffets and Music.

Every day we will be announcing some of the beers, ciders and Bands you can come and enjoy.

So here we go with our first few:
- Revival- though low in strength this cheeky pale ale is packed with flavour. Its a great session ale to enjoy in the Sun.

Gan Yam Brew Co. - a solid best bitter with rich fruity ovrrtones and midlevel bitterness.

In the Ciders we have what is probably Cornwall's favourite cider:
Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm - Flattler - the crisp refreshing bite of Rattler Cider without the Fizz.

On top of these Great Beers, come down on Saturday night and enjoy hits from the 59s, 69s and 70s with the two beats party duo what will get you hopping and bopping in our new Marquee.

Its going to be a Wicked Weekend so make sure your there.

The Sunmer Buffets are back folks. Every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday from today until the end of the summer.

Check out the video to see whats on today's buffet and give you an idea of what will be available weekly.

Roast News folks- we have just 2 more roasts before we stop them for the summer season. Tomorrow (Sunday 19th April) and next week (Sunday 26th April).

We are looking to employ a new Kitchen Porter for Sunday lunchtimes during the term time with additional shifts available in the Holiday Season.

We had a great time at our St Pirans night last night. Thank you to our pasty makers, foil sculpters, quizzers, singers and judges for their hard work.

Although st Pirans day is behind us, is still going strong for a few more days, so if you love all things pastry, get yourselves down for a pie today (Friday 6th) or Tomorrow (Saturday 7th).
