Channel One have been delivering rich, heavyweight bass and conscious roots for over four decades, run by legendary selector Mikey Dread.

For over 40 years Channel One has been a cornerstone of Notting Hill Carnival, earning a reputation as one of the event’s most iconic sound systems. We’ll also be joined by Brighton based Roh-Selector and Gentleman’s Dub Club frontman Johnny Scratch Lee!

BCUC will be taking over the Hop Yard stage this Saturday for what will be a very special show. Known for their powerful blend of indigenous funk, punk energy, and hypnotic sounds, the South African band delivers an unforgettable live experience.

This is a rare opportunity to see them perform in an intimate venue setting.

The night will be a full celebration of African music, starting with Emanative, followed by BCUC, and closing with Rafiki.
