It has come to our attention our entire farm has been put forward as a possible site for 6-800 homes on along with all the fields around us to the a338 in the local plan for 2025-2043.
This is so important not only from an environmental point of view as many of you have seen over the years how flooded just the fields we use for pumpkins gets and a good amount of our farm is currently under water too, but the impact on our small town will be catastrophic let alone on the National Park.

The chances that we will be on the farm in 2043 are slim unfortunately BUT we would be absolutely heartbroken to see it go to building so please do have a look and make your own mind up on what you feel is right.

And that’s a wrap! Phew what a cracking year we’ve had. The pumpkins were amazing the weather was on the whole pretty good and our staff were absolutely fantastic!
Massive thank you to everyone who has been involved thought out the lead up and whilst we’ve been open, family & friends you know who you are!
Young Sidney did a wonderful job on his pop up shop selling his 3D prints and it was lovely to have Sam & Matt from the_duck_pond_fordingbridge with us too.
