Today's featured Christmas Tipple is Amaretto Fizz...verry simple but delicious for kickstarting your night out in style.

Mix Disaronno, orange juice and sparkling wine in a jug. Add a strip of orange zest or peel to each glass, if you like, et voila!

With the last days of November coming up this week, it's time to look ahead to December and the New Year. (Yes, I know, but at least we don't have a countdown to you-know-what graphic, eh?)

Tonight at The Master Brewer: The braincell-wrangling continues! Come along and add your mental juices to the cocktail :)

Folkestone's Finest Quiz Night right here at The Master Brewer, this Thursday, every Thursday from 8.30pm - £1.50 Entry per person, maximum 6 people per team.

Last week we had 14 teams battling it out - 1st were The Terrible Trio, 2nd were Rebels Without A Clue and 3rd were Norfolk 'N' Chance :)

This week the Bonus is £39, and the Snowball £15 - see you on Thursday :)
