🚨We’ve got an important update to share with you all🚨

Together, The Gordon Arms, The Red Lion, Greenacres Coffee Shop and The Pub in the Square make up Highland Travel Inns, a family-run business that has been at the heart of our lives for many years.

Each of these places has its own story. The Pub in the Square joined us back in 1993, The Red Lion in 1998, and The Gordon Arms in 2007. Most recently, we were proud to create and open Greenacres Coffee Shop in 2022, adding a new chapter to the business.

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the decision that all four units will be moving to new management under Coast and Country Pubs.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but we believe it’s the right step for the future. Coast and Country Pubs are a family-run business who share the same values around hospitality, quality, and community, and we’re confident they will continue to build on what’s been created here.

For our customers, it will very much be business as usual. You’ll still see the same familiar faces, and the same commitment to great service will remain.

We’d like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to our incredible staff, our loyal customers, our trusted suppliers, and the wider community for all of your support over the years. These businesses wouldn’t be what they are without you.

We’re proud of everything that’s been achieved and look forward to seeing these venues continue to thrive in the next chapter.
