⚽️🌍 REMINDER WORLD CUP IS HERE – AND WE’RE SHOWING EVERY SINGLE GAME! 🌍⚽️
Yes, you read that right… at The Sun Inn Flockton we’re putting on ALL the World Cup matches we possibly can! 🏆 Big screens, proper atmosphere, and the beautiful game all the way through the tournament.
🍕 THIS FRIDAY – SAPORE ARTISAN PIZZA IS COMING TO US! Sapore Sapore🍕
From 3pm on Friday we’ve got the brilliant Sapore team setting up their authentic Neapolitan pizza ovens right here at the pub. These pizzas are the real deal – proper wood-fired, Neapolitan-style magic.
To make sure we can give 100% focus to these incredible pizzas, our kitchen will close at 5pm on Friday. So if you fancy something from the normal menu, get your orders in before then… but honestly? You’re going to want the pizza.
And throughout the whole World Cup we’ll be serving food until 9pm every day so you can grab a proper bite while watching the matches!
Pint + world-class pizza + every World Cup game live = the perfect Friday (and every other day of the tournament!).

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our team here at The Sun Inn, Flockton!

✅ Hours: 25 hours per week
✅ Experience: Previous bar/ hospitality experience is preferred, as you’ll be confident serving drinks, handling payments, and helping keep our bar running smoothly.
✅ What we offer: A great team atmosphere, regular shifts, and working in a lovely local pub at the heart of Flockton.

You’ll be the face of our pub, so a positive attitude and love for meeting people is a must!

From all of us at the sun inn flockton we want to say a massive thankyou to you all for coming and supporting us this weekend!♥️

We’re still waiting on receiving the photos back from Saturday so once we have them on our side they will be putting them all out for you guys! 📸

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unfortunately having to close due to a power outage at our side of the village. This is not the way we wanted to end the bank holiday but some things are beyond our control.

We also want to say a massive thankyou to everyone who turned up to support our very first festival. We all had an incredible time and we hope you did too.

We will be releasing all the photos from Saturday in due course so keep an eye out for those soon!

We still have one more day of live music for you all!

Starting at 2pm today we have the amazing Abstract joining us

At 5pm we welcome back Alex slater, many of you will remember him as our first performer we brought to the sun and were blown away by his voice!

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances our food truck for today won’t be able to join us, but no worries! We have hot beef sandwiches for you all if you get peckish!

We would also like to thank flocktongreen for allowing us to utilise their car park for today as we have something arriving later today as a surprise so if anybody is travelling by car, pop in for a drink there as gratitude for allowing us to use their space!

Wow! What an incredible first day we had for our festival! We would like to thank all of you for coming out, But… The party goes on! ☀️🍻

In addition to it being our landlord Teos birthday today! 🥳 we’re bringing you even more live music starting from 2pm!

At 2pm we have Hank and Tal gracing the stage for our first act of the Wild West fest!

Following Hank and tal at 6pm we have the broadband bunch bringing you even more country classics for you all! 🤠

We also have A&F vintage & Collectibles inside with a wide variety of antiques for you to browse!

We welcome Gath catering services back bringing us some lovely country grub for you to snack on while you enjoy the music!

To conclude we also have a photographer and face painter / balloon artist on the premises to capture the moments you can all look back on!

Flock Fest starts EARLY at the Sun Inn this Thursday and with SCORCHING weather forecast all weekend, it couldn’t be a better time to kick off the bank holiday festivities 🍻🎶🍕

From 3PM–8PM, Sapporo Neapolitan will be serving up authentic wood-fired pizzas, truffle parmesan fries and cajun fries to get everybody into full festival mode 🔥🍕
