Something deliciously wicked is coming to Kingsthorne…

Join us on Friday 30th October for a Halloween evening of frighteningly good food, warming drinks and a few characters you certainly wouldn’t want to meet alone in the vineyard.

The Finn W**e House will be dressed for the occasion, with realistic spooky scenes and an assortment of unsettling guests. Our staff will be dressed to impress—or distress—and we’d love you to join them. Fancy dress is very welcome.

Keeping the chills firmly outside your glass, Peter will be serving his homemade hot mulled w**e and c***r. Fragrant, warming and utterly spellbinding, these delicious autumn favourites are a little magic of his own making.

Our guest kitchen, Little Sicily by Papà Fab, will be serving delicious Italian food from 5–8pm. Come hungry… being haunted is hungry work.

Children are very welcome, including brave little souls who enjoy a spooky setting. Some props are rather realistic.

Making a night of it? Motorhomes and campervans are welcome to stay overnight free of charge when visiting the W**e House, with arrival from 3pm and toilets available throughout the night. Booking isn’t essential, although a quick PM to let us know you’re coming would be great.

Autumn has brought the chill. JP's Kitchen is bringing the warming Caribbean flavours.

This Friday, 23 October, we’re welcoming JP’s Kitchen back to Kingsthorne for an evening of vibrant Caribbean flavours and award-winning English w**e. Gather your friends, get cosy in the Finn W**e House and give your Friday a little island spirit.

Food served 5–8 pm | Finn W**e House open 5–11 pm

Children and dogs welcome.

A little information for our guests joining us for a Friday evening stopover at Kingsthorne W**e Estate.

Exploring the Forest of Dean in your motorhome or campervan? Come and enjoy delicious food, a glass of award-winning Kingsthorne w**e and your own bed just a short stroll away. A bloody marvellous way to begin the weekend!

We offer a free Friday-night stopover for guests enjoying drinks at Finn W**e House. Booking is not essential, although a quick PM to let us know you’re coming would be great.

**Arriving and settling in**

You’re welcome to arrive from 3pm on Friday. Come through the main gates and park behind the building on your right. Once Finn W**e House opens at 5pm, pop in and let Lila know you’re staying overnight.

If you fancy stretching your legs, head past the vineyard and through the woodland to the top of the hill. You’ll be rewarded with spectacular views stretching for miles across the countryside. It’s even been the setting for marriage proposals, although admiring the scenery comes with no obligation to get down on one knee.

**An evening at Finn W**e House**

We’re open from 5pm until 11pm, with indoor seating, a warm welcome and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Come as you are, find yourself a seat and make an evening of it. Children and dogs are very welcome too.

Our guest caterer changes each Friday, with delicious food usually served from 5pm until 8pm. Check our latest Facebook posts to see what’s on the menu that week.

**A few useful details**

• Toilets are available 24 hours a day, around a 40-second walk from the parking area.
• Water taps are available in the Finn W**e House courtyard.
• There’s no need to rush away early on Saturday morning. A leisurely start is all part of the pleasure.
