Having opened for business in 2005, a recent refurbishment has included the installation of a large heated and covered balcony, looking down on to a spacious terrace and the magnificent Pembrokeshire coast line. Our Story

Barfive is a contemporary bar situated on Main Street in the coastal town Fishguard. We are open from 5pm Thursday- Saturday and from 2pm on Sundays.

We offer a wide range of drinks which include a specially selected wine menu, local ale, local and overseas lager, a large selection of spirits including welsh gins, rum and whiskey, and a unique cocktail menu combining well known classics with our own creations using fresh ingredients from our garden terrace.

We host a curry night every Thursday, in which we prepare a meal taking inspiration from different parts of the world. Vietnamese, Jamaican, Indian and Mongolian are some of the cuisines we have chosen to showcase on Thursdays. We also have a modestly sized menu created and executed by chef and co-proprietor Andrew Maiden, this menu changes with the seasons and is available Friday-Sunday. We take great pride in our Vegetarian and Vegan options.
