Update on Outside Terrace...
Yes we are starting the appeal....
The enforcement officer reply.... I will suspend any enforcement action until the appeal is determined.
So this weekend the terrace will be open its not perfect we are keeping the new tables in boxes until further notice, so enjoy your bank holiday in the sun with a cocktail or two 😎🍹🍸🍺and thankyou for all your support see you all soon. xx

OUTSIDE TERRACE
To all our customers, we have waited EIGHT MONTHS on our planning application to use our outside Terrace, this is what they have to say:
Environmental Health Officer said : Its use as an external drinking area would inevitably result in elevated noise from patrons, such as raised voices, laughter and general interaction.
For this reason, we are unable to use the rear terrace, as directed by North Yorkshire Council, even though we have been using it for the past four years and which we close at 9.30pm with no objections from the public, the Police, the licensing team.
We will be pursuing every legal route to use the terrace, but you can sit inside in our comfortable surroundings and talk and laugh.
