One of the busiest shifts we've had, with food and drinks coming through thick and fast for a tuesday lunchtime, and this incredible team absolutely delivered.

Huge thanks to Harry, Alysia, Gill, Kai, and Berni. You were all fantastic, kept the standards high, supported each other, and never stopped pushing.

It is extremley hot and I couldn't be prouder to lead this team. We absolutely smashed it today! 👏🔥🍻
