We are still here!
A lovely lady mentioned to us this evening that she’d heard through a friend we were under new management. We wanted to jump on and clear this up directly: I haven’t gone anywhere, and neither have Tracy (our Kitchen Manager) or Toni (our Assistant Manager).
I’ve been managing this pub for 7 years now, and alongside Tracy, Toni, and the rest of our brilliant core team, we are still very much here running the show.
It’s always frustrating when local rumours try to tear down what we work so hard to build, especially when we care so deeply about being a proper pub for our community. Yes, we’ve had some new team members join us recently, and getting people fully trained up takes time. Mistakes can happen along the way—we are all human—but our whole team is working hard every single day.
Thank you to everyone who always has our back, checks in with us, and supports local. Our leadership hasn't changed, our dedication hasn't changed, and our doors are wide open.
Pop in, say hello, and let us pour you a pint! 🍻
