A small confession:
We're taking a tiny detour from our 100 Bottles a Season series this Summer

There's a bottle we've been thinking about for two years, that marked one of the biggest moments in Loveday's story so far, and that 8 comments like:

"Still the best thing you've ever made."

and

"I've been rationing the last inch of my bottle for six months. Please, for the love of god, make more of it"

and

"I don't even like [main botanical], and this is somehow now my favourite gin"

If you've been here a while, you might even have tasted it before.
For everyone else, let's just say it's making a very limited summer cameo.

There are bits of the distillery that make it into photos all the time- The bottles, the finished drinks, three taproom, but these little corners in the distilling part of the site less so!

Stacks of labels, shelves of boxes, rows of experiments and tinctures in the recipe development kitchen (area?), scribbled notes on whiteboards, big bits of equipment with their own personalities at this point (Hi Mabel the still, we love you 😁)

Local Friends! Next Friday!

January can be a funny one.
A bit quieter. A bit slower. Still very much winter.

So we’re opening the distillery doors for a low-key Open House - a chance to ease back into seeing people, without any pressure to drink (or not drink) in a particular way.

There’ll be:
Thoughtful 0% and low-alcohol drinks alongside our usual favourites

Plates of pintxos to nibble on

Candlelight, good music, and a crackling fire

Plenty of space to just… be. Chat, wind down, catch up

No tickets, no fuss. Just pop in for one or stay for a while.

Draw, sip and practice or get to know charcoal as a medium with Delphine’s guidance. Just magic. Tickets on our website

Speed-meeting at 7pm, Charity raffle 8.30pm, Disco from 9-11pm. £5 for a ticket on our website. This was one of the funniest, silliest and most favourite things we did here last year- back by very popular demand 💘
