📞 A quick update from the team!

We’re about to trial a new AI phone answering system to help us during our busiest periods when our team can’t always get to the phone straight away.

We want to reassure everyone that this is not about replacing any of our fantastic team members. It’s simply another tool to help us provide a better service when we’re exceptionally busy.

The system can take reservations, answer simple questions, and help make sure your call is dealt with promptly. If you’d prefer to speak to a member of our team at any point, just say so and you’ll be put through straight away.

We’d love to hear your feedback as we test this new service. Thanks for your continued support! ❤️
