As a reminder we have our open day coming up and would love to see you there!

Always wondered what goes on at Tuppenny Barn? Now is your chance to come and have a nose around! 🌱🌿☘️

Our Annual Open Day is taking place on Sunday 4th July. Adapted to include Covid measures to keep everyone safe, with bookings being essential, this a great day out for the family.

Indulge in one of our delicious cream teas or cake, or pick berries from our soft fruit cage and learn all about your local charity. There will be lots of plants on sale as well as our produce shop.

For the children, there will be activities linked to what we promote as a charity. Adrian, our bee keeper will talk about his bees and the hives we have on site. Our Nurture Nature group will be supporting the event and would love to show off what they are doing.

Not only do we run concerts come and see us on a Thursday to support your local grower

We may be closed to the public until next Thursday but behind the scenes the work continues to bring you the freshest, tastiest and pesticide free local organic fruit and veg.
We are watering, sowing, transplanting and nurturing the plot.
Teams are co ordinating, baking and cooking home made meals for our hardship boxes and wonderful volunteers are delivering them to the most vulnerable in our community as well as helping us with a mountain of tasks!
We are cropping and sourcing locally for our organic veg bag scheme and shop and the bees are busy pollinating and making our honey.
Bread is being baked by the talented Darrin, eggs laid by busy hens and Charlotte is making her wonderful healthy treats.
Alison is busy in her kitchen using our fruit and veg to make jams and chutneys.
Pete is catching fish sustainably in the Solent to be prepped and sold by the amazing Chantelle and her team.
We are deep cleaning everywhere using eco friendly products with the help of 2 lovely volunteers, thank you Elspeth & Karen for keeping us and our customers safe.
Tough times.
But we couldn’t do it without you our lovely customers.

Sadly we have had to cancel the India Electric Company's concert on 4th April. We will be in touch with ticket holders about refunds.

They've toured with Show of Hands and are Tuppenny Barn on Saturday 29th February. Alden, Patterson & Dashwood are regarded as one of the best new folk acts in the UK and Europe.

Tuppenny Barn is a UK registered . We cultivate and harvest organic produce, using this to create learning experiences for all ages and to promote the benefits of growing, cooking and eating healthy food.

From hosting school trips and after-school clubs, to workshops and holiday activities, we teach children where fruit and vegetables come from, the benefits of eating nutritional food and give them the skills to grow and prepare their own meals.

We also provide educational experiences and activities for the wider community, to help people develop their growing and cooking abilities, alongside countryside skills like foraging, wreath making and willow weaving.
