We wanted to be honest with our customers and our community.
Like many independent pubs, we’re facing significant increases in costs this year.
📈 Higher wages
📈 Increased National Insurance contributions
📈 Rising energy costs
📈 Higher supplier prices
📈 Increasing taxes and operating expenses
While many pubs have had to increase their prices over the last few years, we’ve worked hard to keep our beer prices as low as possible and absorb as many of those increases as we could. We know times are tough for everyone, and we’ve always tried to offer good value for our customers.
The reality is that every pint, every meal and every visit genuinely makes a difference.
The Old Plough Inn is more than just a pub. It’s a meeting place, a place to celebrate, catch up with friends, support local events and be part of the community.
