Whether you’re a regular or completely new to Pilates, all levels are welcome. Just bring your own mat and enjoy an hour of movement, stretching and strengthening, before rewarding yourself with a latte included in your ticket.

Stick around for a coffee and a chat afterwards, or grab yours to go and get on with the rest of your day.

We’re doing Ascot properly this year.

Join us from 10am for breakfast and either a pint or a glass of Prosecco before heading off to the races. We’ll also be running transport to and from the racecourse, so you can leave the logistics to us and focus on the important part.

Not heading to Ascot itself? Swing by anyway - we’ll have the racing on the TVs all day, alongside good food, cold drinks and plenty of atmosphere.

Breakfast at 10am
Departure at 11am
Return at 7pm
