Our Story
Mercat Bar & Kitchen is a popular gastro pub with drinking & dining in the ground floor bar and additional dining areas downstairs as well as a cosy basement bar & function room. We serve breakfasts & brunches from early every day and up until 4pm, all day on Sunday's. We also serve main courses, pub classics, homemade burgers and daily specials from 12pm until 10pm daily. We cook all of our dishes ourselves and cook fresh to your order.
We also stock a wide range of premium drinks and we welcome guests whether they want to dine with us or they prefer just to have some drinks. We have 8 draughts on tap, an extensive wine list, over 20 gins, many malt Scotch whiskies as well as our hand crafted cocktails.
We serve freshly ground coffee to sit in or take away & we offer free WiFi & device charging for our guests.
