A lovely wedding for a lovely couple, at a lovely venue!

really does allow you to put your own stamp on your special day and this couple definitely done that! Decor etc was beautiful and it was a pleasure to be part of their day.

Benefits of having The Little Bar Group run the bar at your wedding or event:

1. We offer a great selection of drinks, so even your uncle Jim will get that strange brandy he drinks
2. We deal everything! You don’t have to worry about what or how much of each drink to buy, we also deal with the clean up and waste disposal
3. Most importantly…. We keep your guests entertained! The top focus of our team is customer service and we love delivering an engaging, seamless service that keeps all of your guests happy 🍸

The Little Bar Group will run the bar for the duration of your event, we will deal with license application and fee, provide friendly, experienced bar staff and accept Cash and Card payment for a wide range of Premium Spirits, Wines, bottled Beer, Ciders, cocktails and soft drinks.
We will also develop a personalised cocktail which can be named by you for your guests to enjoy.
 
The service is £549. We require a £50 deposit at the time of booking and the balance can be paid up to 28 days prior to the wedding.

Drinks Reception £9pp (2 drinks per person with a choice of Prosecco, bottled beer or soft drink
Wine for table from £12 per bottle

Prepaid Drinks
If you would like to pre-pay any drinks for your guests we will give you an additional 10% spend! (For example of you want to put £100 behind the bar that will give your guests drinks to the value of £110)

Drinks Reception & Meal service
Looking to provide your own drinks for the drinks reception and meal, this is no problem and we won’t charge you corkage

If you would like us to provide glassware and serve these drinks there will be a charge involved

Travel
Travel is included for the day of the event up to 20 miles from West Lothian Any additional travel will be charged at 50p per mile.

We are very flexible and understand that every event is unique, therefore if there is anything you would like that we have not discussed please let us know and our team will do their best to accommodate you.

The Little Horse Box Bar providing the drinks 🥂

What an amazing venue! The happy couple were married on the beach, with their reception in a beautiful marquee, surrounded by the cutest farm animals and most breathtaking views 💕

We provided a full bar service with The Little Horse Box Bar offering bottled & draught beer, cocktails, spirits, wines and soft drinks for their guests🍹
