We’ve officially kicked off Negroni Week at Holyrood 9A, and we’re celebrating with a dedicated menu of six bespoke serves. Pictured right here is the undisputed heavyweight champion, the Classic Negroni- crafted with Campari and local coastal botanicals from Edinburgh Gin.

👉 Swipe to explore the full lineup we’re pouring from the back bar this week.

Every custom cocktail is £10.75, with a portion of the proceeds going straight to the Slow Food Fund to back international sustainability projects and the hospitality industry.

Mid-week drinks never tasted so good. Come down to Holyrood Road, grab a booth, and raise a glass for a great cause.
