we are stoked to brew this coffee on the excellent .uk Z1 zero bypass brewer, which adds depth and juiciness.

the XO process involves an extended controlled fermentation developed by CGLE, which results in a fruity, boozy profile reminiscent of aged cognac.

we get red fruits,, some cherry and pomegranate with a rich finish reminiscent of dark African chocolate. And a touch of booze. No funk this time, just a complex, layered cup.
