ADAPT. OVERCOME. CHICKEN.
Naturally, the busiest we’ve ever been is exactly when our kitchen equipment decided to stage a collective walkout. The flat top is out until next week.
So we did the only sensible thing we went all in on chicken with new burgers on the menu.
No grill. No excuses. Come eat. Kitchen open until 10pm this evening. Vegan and vegetarian options still available.

Something a bit special on draught right now. Jack’s Rye Smile, a bourbon barrel-aged rye barleywine from Weird Beard and Hanging Bat Brew Co. Kegged in 2014 and left alone ever since. Twelve years in the cellar has done exactly what you’d hope. 11.0%. Pouring now, and when it’s gone it’s gone.

Lucy’s always drawing, order pads, bits of paper, receipts, whatever’s nearby. There’s always something she’s got a pen to. There’s got a box full of them and they deserve better than sitting in a box. We’ve blown a few of them up and put around the bar. Might be time for a new tote too 👀
