We're looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to join us as we get geared up for a busy summer season here on the beautiful west coast.
Our menu is vibrant and exciting, with an emphasis on simple food prepared and served beautifully.
You'll be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen and management of staff, stock and service, and have full control over purchasing and menu creation & development.
With an awareness of current market trends, you'll be keen to bring a new twist to some old classics and showcase the best of Scottish produce.
Ideally you'll have 2 years experience in a similar role and be up to date with your HACCP, allergen awareness and Food Safety training.
Accommodation is available and salary is dependent on experience.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sous to join our brigade as we reopen for an exciting season on the beautiful west coast.
You'll work alongside the Head Chef but be happy to lead in their absence, and be confident managing all sections of the kitchen.
As part of a small team, you'll be happy to motivate the other staff and you'll bring a positive attitude with you.
Ideally you'll have 2 years experience, but we will provide full training, although you will need up to date training in HACCP, allergens and Food Safety.
An awareness of current market trends would be advantageous.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience and accommodation is available.

We're looking for an experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to help us take our new venture forward post-lockdown. The successful candidate will have 3 years experience in a similar role and will be responsible for: all aspects of day to day running of the kitchen; menu planning, costing and implementation; staff and rota management; all aspects of H&S legislation, paperwork and record-keeping; liaising with local suppliers to ensure quality of ingredients.
The salary is negotiable for the right candidate. The position is permanent, full-time although the work is somewhat seasonal.

Kilderkin Group is growing!
We’re delighted to be taking over Creagan Inn in Appin at the end of this month and moving with the boys to become a part of the community.
Nothing is going to change in your favourite venues and The Windsor, The Blue Blazer, Kilderkin and Bennets Bar will continue to operate exactly the same (once restrictions allow, of course!).
Once we’re allowed to reopen we’ll be looking for staff for the season and beyond, both Front and Back of House, so drop us a message at [email protected] if you fancy a move to a beautiful part of the world. Accommodation is available in the short-term.
