Ok so have some great news I will be publishing several Mental Health booklets for various industries, the effects within that industry and what help and support etc, plus I am in the middle of writing my life biography to match the docusoap on my life which too will have elements of mental health and how I deal with it day to day and the effects I had at school and growing up, all should be out Start of December !
