Xmas Eve : 3pm ‘til late
Xmas Day : closed
Boxing Day : closed
27th : closed
28th ‘til 30th normal trading hours.
Hogmanay: 3pm ‘til 1am
New Year’s Day : closed
2nd : 2pm ‘til late
3rd : closed

Normal trading hours will resume from Tuesday 4th.

🚨🥃ANNOUNCEMENT🥃🚨
We are up for “Whisky Bar Of The Year” at the SLTN awards this year!! We couldn’t be happier to be nominated.
With that being said, we will be closed on Thursday (18th) so that the whole gang can attend the award ceremony. This is a long overdue staff night out, and we can’t wait!
Normal service will resume Friday at 3pm.

⚓️NEWS FLASH⚓️
We couldn’t be happier to announce our special collaboration with . This has been almost a year in the making and we are thrilled and so proud to finally launch this with four other amazing bars from around the world.
Meghan and Kyle have been playing with flavours and ideas and presenting them to the Hendrick’s master distiller Leslie Gracie, global ambassador and UK ambassador and we are so excited with the final product.
From June 30th these bottles with be going global and available to buy online and in various shops which is just such a crazy thought for us. Our little Leith bar has gone GLOBAL!!!!
We will also be selling them at the bar very soon.
Come get your martini fix 🍸.

🚨🚨ANNOUNCEMENT🚨🚨
The time has finally come to dust our aprons off and get all you lovely folk back in the bar!! It’s been way too long and we honestly can’t wait!
We will be opening our doors on May 18th and hours are as follows:
Tuesday-Friday: 3-10:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 2-10:30pm
We will be accepting bookings of up to 6 guests from a maximum of 3 households. All bookings are subject to a 2 hour seating period.
We will be taking bookings from Monday 10th so please get in touch but of course walk-ins will still be available. We ask that you are patient with us when it comes to booking. We will endeavour to get back to you all as soon as possible, but we are just getting our sea legs back so bear with us.
Can’t wait to see you all very soon!

🚨HATCH SERIES VOLUME 27 🚨
So guys this is it, Hatch number 27 will be our last one for the foreseeable. What a crazy few months it has been but now we have to get back to some normality and go back to being a pub again.
For our last one we are going out with a bang, we have our good friend’s and .pastry.captain coming back for there 3rd takeover and we couldn’t be happier to have them back.
Jimmy has lined up a belter of a menu and we will launch that tomorrow. (❌🐔)
We also have another treat for Sunday evening for you, which we will be announcing soon. Going out in style for sure. 🎉

Huge thanks to the gang for coming back and smashing out another weekend with us.
Now we super happy to announce our Hatch veteran .fatflamingo is back for the third time, chuffed to have him in again and his menu is looking delicious and completely different from the past couple of times.
Usual times apply:
Friday: 1pm-7pm
Sat & Sun: 12-6pm

Week 23?? How did we get here?? Firstly we want to say a huge thank you to for an amazing weekend last week. Great to have the guys here and amazing to see the amount of support from everyone who came down.
This week is the return of the legends!! They had a huge weekend last time they took over the hatch and it’s sure to be the same again this weekend.

Just like to start by saying a huge thank you to for smashing out his debut event at the weekend, absolutely smashed it 🙌🏻.
Now we super happy to announce that our lovely friend is back, for anyone who missed out last time you are in for a real treat. Her food is absolutely delicious and so glad she is back at the Hatch.
