The Empress is looking for full time staff members to add to our bar and waiting team. We focus on craft beer, gin, cocktails and food service.

Experience is prefered but not essential as full training will given. What is necessary is the right person who is focused on the customer experience and deilvering exceptional service throughout.

the Empress of Broughton Street is a cozy pub in central Edinburgh with a focus on craft beer, cocktails and food.

We are looking for hard working and enthusiastic individuals to join our team both front of house and in the kitchen. For the front of house role experience is a bonus but not essential as we will fully train in house.

experience required for the kitchen role however further training will be given.
