The Shakespeare is a vibrant pub located in Edinburgh Book now for festive food and drinks this Christmas!
(762)

Nestled near Edinburgh's bustling financial district, The Shakespeare stands as one of the city's oldest pubs, historically catering to actors and theatregoers of days gone by. While the surrounding theatres have morphed into offices, The Shakespeare retains its authentic charm. This popular Belhaven pub caters to sports fans with both Sky Sports and TNT Sports on multiple screens. Our menu includes pub classics, and you’ll find a beer garden for al fresco dining and a family-friendly atmosphere, or even the perfect spot for drinks with friends. Our pub has disabled facilities for accessibility and free Wi-Fi to cater for all. So if you are in the area, pop in for a warm welcome and a cold pint!
