Our Oxtail & Peas Arancini transforms a beloved comfort food into a refined cicchetti experience. Slow-braised oxtail and garden peas are folded into creamy risotto, shaped by hand, coated in golden breadcrumbs, and fried until perfectly crisp.

Finished with a silky curried aioli and fresh herbs, every bite delivers rich, savoury depth balanced by a light, aromatic finish.

The Story Behind the Dish

This dish was inspired by traditional Jamaican oxtail and peas, reimagined through the lens of Venetian cicchetti culture.

The result is familiar yet unexpected—a crispy risotto shell giving way to tender braised oxtail and creamy rice, creating layers of texture and flavour that keep guests coming back.
