11 YEARS IN THE GAME 🎂

::: LA CHETAH X LEZURE 11TH BDAY / MELLA DEE / SLOAN / WARDY / LIMITED £10 TIX IN BIO :::

La Cheetah and Lezure combine to bring Mella Dee back to the club for another ruffneck ride through minimal basslines and up front club destroyers. As Lezure enters its 11th year, it was about time for another collab with our home club. When the opertunity arose to bring Mella in, we both jumped at the chance.

Having sold out the club twice in the not so distant past, causing absolute scenes in the basment while he’s at it, you can rest assured that Mella Dee always comes correct.

Sloan vs Wardy to get the place sweaty. Very limited £10 tix for this. Get moving if you wanna join us!

takes the helm for the climax of the tomorrow’s night of Dub. Wickedly talented at weaving bangers of styles with roots across the globe, the .dubs and .beso head honcho is like if Heston Blumenthal was a DJ, but with some more patter and better fashion sense. Check out Maicol’s takeover of Jon K’s Peking Spring NTS show for a flavour of what to expect. Or to save you the trouble, it will be fast and it will bang

This Friday come! 082 sees us invite a strong team of locals to join us on a journey into the deep depths of dub, a music genre the Lezure-ites have been spinning in a variety of its guises since day dot.

Dub Series is a monthly show hosted by close friends Kairogen and Danny Greenman, continuing a concept originally developed by Kairogen and the late Niamh Jobson. Created as a space to explore music with a loose connection to dub - with a particular focus on dub techno - the show takes a wide approach, ranging through experimental, percussive, and club sounds.

Kairogen is a Glasgow-based DJ and producer with roots in house and techno, known for her thoughtful and atmospheric selections.
Danny Greenman comes from Glasgow’s soundsystem scene, with a deep knowledge of dub and UK bass culture.
Despite their different musical backgrounds, both artists share a passion for rhythm and space, and a loose, exploratory approach to sound that can run through many genres and common ground. As members of the Headset crew, their connection continues to shape the direction of Dub Series, carrying forward the spirit and vision that Niamh helped to create.

DJ Maicol is one of Glasgow’s fastest rising selectors, gathering renowned for the tightest tracks across a plethora of genres. From Avant Garde, hard to find house, to Turkish pop bangers, and all the way to the slept upon dub personified in Maicol’s party, Turtle Dub. The perfect sonic cultivator to further biodubversify to vibe.

Bringing up the rear is our resident and digger in chief LS Crispy, there to set the vibe and make it all runs smooth yet abberative.
