🍔 Sunday At The Poly… and The Big Rooster is calling!

If you’ve not tried WingingIt yet, this might just convince you… 👀

Here’s Bryce putting together the Big Rooster Burger right here in The Poly kitchen and Winging It are back serving from 12pm-9pm today. 🍗

It’s set to be a busy Sunday too. Hearts host Dundee at 3pm, so we’re looking forward to welcoming plenty of Jambos through the doors for some pre and post-match food and pints. 🍻

Then at 4:30pm, Arsenal host Chelsea and we’ll be showing it live on our big screens. ⚽️

Football on the big screens, WingingIt in the kitchen and Sunday pints flowing - sounds like a good day to spend at The Poly! ❤️

🧠📸 Friday night here at The Polwarth Tavern!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for last night’s pub quiz. Another brilliant evening with plenty of laughs, a bit of friendly competition and, of course, a few pints along the way! 🍻

Now we’re looking ahead to today - another great day in store at The Poly. 👀

🍗 Winging It are back in the kitchen from 12pm - 9pm today, serving up their new menu throughout the afternoon and evening.

So whether you’re joining us for some food, a Saturday pint or settling in for the day with friends, we’d love to see you. 🍺

🧠 A little reminder for all of our regular quizzers - there’s no quiz tonight!

We have moved our weekly pub quiz to tomorrow night, Friday, as tonight it’s all about the Edinburgh Derby with Hibs v Hearts live on the big screens at The Poly! 📺

Then tomorrow, get the team back together and put your knowledge to the test, with the quiz getting underway at 8pm sharp. 👀

For the very first time, Winging It will be serving up at The Poly from 4pm - 9pm today, before doing it all again tomorrow from 4pm - 9pm. 🍗

Ahead of a very exciting evening at The Poly tomorrow, it’s time to properly introduce you to Bryce - owner and head chef at Winging It! 👋

We caught up with Bryce to find out a little more about the man behind the food - how Winging It came about, why he’s bringing it to The Polwarth Tavern, his favourites from the menu and plenty more. 👀

📝 The menus are here… and Winging It officially start serving at The Poly this Thursday!

After a few little teasers, we can finally show you what’s on the menu as a brand new food offering gets underway at The Polwarth Tavern. 🤩

The full Winging It menu will be available during normal service, with a reduced Match Day Menu on Hearts home game days - perfect for getting fed before or after the action at Tynecastle. ⚽️

And here are the all-important serving times:

Thursday and Friday: 4pm - 9pm
Saturday and Sunday: 12pm - 9pm

It all gets underway this Thursday, so have a look through the menus, start deciding what you’re ordering first and come hungry! 🤤

We’re buzzing to welcome Winging It to The Poly and can’t wait for you all to try it. ❤️

Our weekly Poly Pub Quiz gets underway at 8pm sharp, with plenty of questions, laughs, bragging rights and a few pints along the way. 🍻

Here are our early top 10 after Matchday One, but with an entire season still ahead of us, we’re expecting plenty of movement before this table starts taking shape. 📈

For those sitting pretty near the top - enjoy it while it lasts. For everyone else - absolutely loads of time to pretend your terrible start was all part of the strategy. 😂
