The Leith Jazz and Blues Festival takes place across a variety of bars, cafés and cultural spaces throughout the neighbourhood, with all gigs free to attend. A few tips from the programme:

Arrive early to get a good spot — it's free and unticketed, so popular slots fill up fast
Check with the venue directly for access conditions

There's a huge amount on across the whole weekend too. On Sunday 7th alone there are gigs running from 13:00 all the way through to 22:00 across dozens of Leith venues, so you could make a full day of it before catching Gary Martin. Some highlights nearby in the early evening include the Ruari Glen Quartet at Victor Hugo (16:30), Taj Wizz Trio at Mother Superior (17:30), and Norman Lamont & Suzy Cargill at Toast (18:00).
