After five incredible years, it’s time to say goodbye to a very special chapter of Sips. 🧡
It all started in 2022 with our first summer of Skyline Sips. In 2023 we changed things up with Sips on the Square, before returning to the rooftop for three more summers of Skyline.
Five years, countless events and a lot of memories later, our time at St James Quarter has officially come to an end.
Over the years, we’ve welcomed thousands of people through the doors, hosted everything from private parties and corporate events to brand activations, DJ nights and some very memorable summer weekends.
We’ve also had the chance to work with so many brilliant brands, businesses, DJs, suppliers and event partners along the way — as well as an amazing team of people who have worked incredibly hard over the years to make it all happen.
To everyone who has visited us, booked an event, worked with us, worked for us, collaborated with us or simply came up for a drink and enjoyed one of the best views in Edinburgh — thank you. You’ve all been a part of it.
We’re incredibly proud of what we created over those five years and everything that came with it.
For now, we’re saying goodbye to Skyline Sips — but we’d like to think this isn’t the end of the story.
We’ve never been very good at sitting still… so who knows where Sips might pop up next. 👀
