🍊 Joseph Pearce
Skål Sidecar – O.P. Anderson Aquavit, Triple Sec, Thyme Syrup, Lemon Juice and Orange Bitters. A vibrant, zesty serve with a herbal kick.

🍸 Victoria Bar
The Scandi Forager – Leith Legacy 10 Blended Whisky, O.P. Anderson Aquavit, homemade Lingonberry Syrup, Dill Gomme, Lemon Juice and Smoked Saline. A bold, earthy nod to both our homes in Scotland and Scandinavia.
