We’ve got lots planned for the pub over the next few months, starting this Sunday with the launch of our **Sunday Roasts**.
🥩 Roast Beef
🥔 Roast Potatoes & Mash
🥕 Carrot & Swede
🥬 Seasonal Veg
🥧 Yorkshire Pudding
🍖 Proper Gravy
**£13.95 | Served 12pm–4pm**
And that’s only the first step.
We’ll also be introducing our new food menu, new events and more reasons to come and spend time at your village pub.
But we also want to be open with everyone...like many pubs, trading has been incredibly difficult, and the simple reality is that if things don’t improve, the Rose & Crown may not still be here by Christmas.
We’re not saying that for sympathy, and we’re certainly not giving up. Quite the opposite...we want to succeed, we want to reinvest takings into the pub and be here for the long-run. So we're trying new things, improving the offer and giving this everything we’ve got.
But ultimately, village pubs only survive if the village chooses to use them...and that goes for all of our local pubs.
We’d much rather spend the next few months showing you what we can build than talking about what might disappear.
So let’s start this Sunday. ❤️
