Bar Supervisor – The Loft Lounge & Bar, Eastbourne

The Loft Lounge & Bar is looking for a confident, reliable and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on more responsibility, develop their skills and play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy venue.

What we’re looking for:
Someone reliable, organised and confident taking responsibility.
A team player who can support colleagues and help ensure shifts run smoothly.
A responsible key holder who takes opening and closing duties seriously.
Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights, as well as occasional 7:30pm starts on Fridays and Saturdays to open the venue.
A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
Previous supervisory experience is beneficial, but we’re equally interested in finding the right person with the attitude, reliability and potential to grow into the role.
